Registration Fees & Policies

You will be asked to create an EMC World 2010 username and password as you register for this event. Please note that accounts created for previous EMC World conferences or your Powerlink credentials cannot be used to register. EMC reserves the right and discretion to verify your relationship with EMC and to determine if your attendance is appropriate. For registration assistance, contact EMC World Registration Support

Early Bird Registration
Attendees who register for a conference registration package on or before February 28th, 2010 @ 11:59 p.m. MST and pay the conference fee of $1,895 on or before April 26, 2010 @ 11:59 p.m. MST will be eligible to receive either an iPod touch, an Iomega ScreenPlay Plus, or a complimentary evening guest pass to EMC World. Eligible attendees will be able to claim their early bird gifts at the onsite registration counters. Details will be provided prior to your arrival in Boston for the conference.

Evening Guest Passes - $155 USD
This package provides your guest with access to both Sunday and Wednesday's evening events. Passes can be purchased either online as you register for the event or onsite in Boston, while supplies last. Children 10 and under are not required to have a pass but must be accompanied by a Conference Attendee. No refunds will be provided for cancelled evening guest purchased either online or onsite at the event.

Please note: The Conference Registration Package includes your access to evening events. The Evening Guest Pass Package can be purchased for your guests, or for individuals selecting a Day Pass or Solutions Pavilion Registration Package.

Payment Options
Attendees may pay the conference fee by Credit Card, Purchase Order Number/Check, EMC Sales Order Pass, EMC Education Services Training Credits, or a Wire Transfer. Click here for details.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, send a request to the EMC World Program Office and include your name, company name, and registration identification number. Refunds will be based on the deadlines listed below. Please note that cancellation requests cannot be processed over the phone and refunds may be processed post-event. Conference no-shows are ineligible for a refund. Attendees paying via an EMC SO# must contact their EMC sales representative directly to inquire about a refund.

	Refund Deadlines:
	On or before February 28, 2010:	Full refund
	March 1, 2010 through April 26, 2010:	Refund minus a $195 USD service charge
	April 27, 2010 or later:	No refund

Substitution Policy
Name change substitutions are free of charge but can only be processed between employees of the same company. To request a substitution, the original registrant must send an email to the EMC World Program Office, copying the substituting registrant on the email. A $195 USD service fee will apply for any substitutions involving payment changes. All substitution requests (both pre-event and onsite) must follow this process or the new registrant will be subject to pay the current registration rate.

EMC Employees
EMC employees wishing to attend EMC World should contact their manager or financial controller to obtain a code to register. Employee registration begins in March 2010.
